RETURN POLICY
All Spares, Incorporated doing business as Allsparestools.com hereby states that:
- All warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. Allsparestools.com makes no additional warranty, implied or assumed, other than those of the original manufacture, unless otherwise noted.
- Our liberal return policy gives you 30 days from the date of sale to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received. Allsparestools.com highly recommends that the buyer thoroughly inspect the purchased product before using it and also ensure the user of the product is familiar with the correct application and proper care. If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of sale, please return the item to Allsparestools.com and we will replace it with an identical item. Please fax or e-mail Allsparestools.com for your return authorization number, which must accompany the product upon receipt by Allsparestools.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of sale.
- Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to: Allsparestools.com products or those products sold by Allsparestools.com which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product. Misapplication, misuse, negligence or accidents involving purchased products are not returnable or replaceable by Allsparestools.com.
- All orders being returned to allsparestools.com, with 10 or more items, are considered special orders and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus shipping costs if returned within 30 days. All materials must be unopened in original packaging. This policy excludes damaged shipments.
- All returns are subject to allsparestools.com approval.
- We advise all customers to review our Return Policy as it is subject to change.
- No returns on any orders will be accepted after 30 days.
